BMP Extended Foot Protection System

AQUADISCOVERY BMP Kevlar® Socks are designed for spearfishing, scuba diving, freediving and other water sports where walking over rocks, reefs, shells and other abrasive surfaces is unavoidable. They combine excellent thermal insulation, comfort, outstanding durability and reliable foot protection, even in the most demanding conditions.

The key feature of the model is the proprietary BMP Extended Foot Protection System. The enlarged Kevlar® sole protects not only the bottom of the foot but also the inner and outer sides, toe and heel. This construction reinforces exactly the areas that experience the greatest wear when walking over rocks and other abrasive surfaces, significantly extending the service life of the socks.

The reinforced sole is made as a single seamless Kevlar® panel that covers the entire bottom of the foot and continues over the heel without a seam. This construction increases durability and provides additional protection to the areas exposed to the highest wear.

The upper cuff features an outer Smooth Skin surface, creating a closer seal against the wetsuit and reducing cold water flushing into the socks for improved thermal insulation.

Premium 100% CR neoprene is laminated with durable nylon on both the inside and outside, making the socks easy to put on without soapy water, quick to dry and highly durable.

As with other AQUADISCOVERY socks, all seams are double glued and secured with two-thread blind stitching, ensuring excellent strength and long service life.
